The short version
- Every video is made for you, so payments are final.
- If we cannot deliver what you ordered, you get your money back.
- If we deliver only part of your order, you get back the part we did not deliver.
When you get a refund
- Full refund: if we cannot deliver your order at all.
- Partial refund: if we deliver only part of your order. We refund the part we did not deliver.
When there is no refund
- When we delivered what you ordered.
- When you change your mind after paying.
- When a delay comes from missing information or files on your side.
If something is wrong
If something you received does not match your order, tell us and we will make it right.
How to ask for a refund
Email us at growtion.tn@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong. We reply as soon as we can.
How you are paid back
We refund through the payment method you used, when possible. The time it takes for the money to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
